What do you like most?
I really like the Housekeeping section where we can enter the specific rooms each employee is assigned to clean. One of the most helpful features is that it automatically calculates the number of minutes spent cleaning each room. This gives us a better understanding of how long it takes to complete different types of rooms and allows us to monitor employee productivity more accurately. It also helps with scheduling, balancing workloads, and making sure employees are being assigned a fair and manageable number of rooms. I would like to keep this feature because it provides valuable information, makes tracking daily housekeeping operations easier, and helps management make better decisions when planning staffing and scheduling. It also allows us to identify areas where additional training or support may be needed.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like the scheduling document to be completely reorganized into a cleaner, more professional, and easier-to-read format, especially when it comes time to print the schedules. Ideally, I would like each department to have its own clearly labeled and separated section so that employees and management can easily find the information they need without having to search through one large schedule. Each department should have its own organized layout, with employee names, assigned shifts, scheduled hours, and any other important scheduling details clearly displayed. I would also like the wording and overall layout to be simplified so that unnecessary information is removed while still keeping all essential details. Consistent headings, spacing, fonts, and formatting would make the document look much more polished and easier to follow. When printing, I would prefer the schedules to be arranged in a way that keeps each department together rather than having information mixed between departments or split up awkwardly across multiple pages. If possible, each department should begin with its own heading and have a layout that is easy to review at a glance. The overall goal is to create a scheduling document that is more organized, less cluttered, visually appealing, and practical for everyday use. I want it to be something that management can easily update, employees can easily understand, and everyone can reference without confusion.
