What do you like most?
The follow-up and support provided by Jose Antonio were greatly appreciated and extremely helpful. The program also helped us tremendously in training the team, identifying areas that need improvement, and encouraging everyone to focus on and work towards developing those areas.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
After two years of experience with FPG, I see that everything is going well. My only recommendation is to closely monitor the RevPAR, as I believe it should be different for the residence and the hotel.
