What do you like most?
Easy for guests to use. It is very easy to assign tips to your team members. It's great that when tips are assigned, they go on team members timecards.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I can't think of anything to make the program better. Our guests seem to love it. Our employees also like the cards being in the room.
