Very useful the new update. More features than before. We are able to check more report options and it's very useful for the team.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The NPS score update should be reflected immediately. Currently, there is a significant delay in the score being updated, which impacts our daily reporting to the team. Due to this lag, we often have to wait until the following day to share the latest score.
