The platform is easy to use. It easy to shop competitors rates. I can easily navigate across the user friendly interface.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We would like to receive better customer service. We have been actively for months, trying to reach someone in the finance department to help us retrieve a duplicate payment. Can someone please assist us?
