What do you like most?
The system is easy to use and provides a helpful resource for our guests. It offers additional benefits that we currently don't offer (in-room ordering, cross promotion, additional advertising, streamlines communication) encouraging guest engagement, enhancing user experience and increasing sales/marketing opportunities. I like that there are several areas we can implement this system on the resort and that multiple areas of operations can incorporate it. I'm eager to discover more areas we can incorporate this system, especially in communicating info to our guests and integrating marketing into the system to encourage guest engagement and increase potential revenue.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I haven't worked with the company long enough to identify an opportunities. The VOLO team has been very helpful in setting up the system for our team and providing key insights to helping us be successful in utilizing the system.
