What do you like most?
Use WhatsApp as a communication medium to automate conversations with Booking clients and attract them to the stack. For other clients, conversations are cut off and not very useful.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Inflexible management in the face of external circumstances that make using their tool revert to the pre-digital era, requiring manual tasks. We pay to solve operational problems and be more efficient, not to increase our teams' workload. Disappointing.
