What do you like most?
It’s easy to use I can update resort information, menus and activities quickly. It’s convenient for guests. They can find everything they need on their phones. It helps us promote our services. We can showcase dining options, activities and special offers to guests.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be great to have more flexibility with the design and layout, so we can make the guest app feel more personalized and match our resort’s branding. Otherwise, everything seems fine.
