What do you like most?
It is absolutely convenient to message guest and keep track of their requests, in times of emergency when we are unable to reach guest this helps us to do so.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Overall, I would like to recommend a few improvements that could enhance the guest experience while also supporting staff members and improving communication within the hotel. First, when messages are sent to guests, it would be extremely helpful if the system could automatically generate an alert whenever a message fails to be delivered. This feature would allow the team to identify unsuccessful deliveries promptly and take the necessary steps to contact the guest through an alternative method, such as a phone call or an in-person conversation. In a hospitality environment, timely communication is essential, particularly when messages contain important information regarding reservations, check-in instructions, service updates, or other guest requests. Having a clear notification system would help minimize missed communications, reduce potential misunderstandings, and ensure that guests receive the information they need throughout their stay. Second, I would recommend introducing a tipping notification or reminder for guests, where appropriate. While guests may already have opportunities to tip certain team members, not all employees have the same level of visibility or interaction with guests. For example, front desk associates and other team members who assist guests behind the scenes or during brief interactions may not receive tips as frequently as employees in other service areas. A discreet and optional tipping prompt could help make guests more aware of the opportunity to recognize excellent service across different departments, including the front desk. It is important that any tipping notification remains entirely optional, respectful, and consistent with the hotel's policies. The purpose would not be to pressure guests into tipping, but rather to provide them with an easy opportunity to show appreciation when they feel that a team member has gone above and beyond their expectations. Any system should also ensure that tips are handled transparently and distributed fairly in accordance with the hotel's established procedures. I believe these two enhancements could make a meaningful difference. Delivery alerts would strengthen communication and operational efficiency, while an optional tipping reminder could encourage greater recognition of the contributions made by different team members. Ultimately, small improvements in technology and guest engagement can have a positive impact on guest satisfaction, employee morale, and the overall hospitality experience. I would welcome the opportunity to see these suggestions considered for future system updates.
