Clear information with lots of important details. It makes the housekeeping more performant. Team communications about guests needs. Clear view on maintenance issue with dates, importance of the task etc. The fact that you can split tasks in between the staff.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The fact you have to select the room number twice to get your issue published. Intern chat for the staff using it.
