What do you like most?
AS Director of Catering and Conference Services - I love how easy and simple is to work on creating the event order, invoices for clients to review. Merging all the other formats contract, proposals for client and all emails stay save on the group conversation that is an easy step. As well that other departments that touch the program like accounting - front desk - food and beverage can put their updates and track down each process from beginning to end. The best part is that everything is electronically and NO MORE PRINTING documents we can see everything Electronically and save and update the same accordingly. Love the process and where is heading - I see that new updates will be implemented and hope it makes life easier for those that book - secure - service and client as well can see them electronically all the updates done too their account. Amazing.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I believe merging the documents should be a lot easier and when doing updates the client or user should be able to do so right away and on the same format to stay save - no need to create another Event Order or invoice for any new updates. Maybe is there and as I am still learning the format that is the only thing that it should be a lot easier to do updates.
