I love that Akia has ai prompts for guest that go into the rules and policies of the hotel, it allows a quick response time.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would love to see better ai prompts for certain questions. sometimes the ai gets confused on whats being asked, also Expedia non sender messages.
