What do you like most?
I really like the overview, and the handling for sending newsletters or campaigns is very clearly structured. Questions are resolved efficiently, and we have a personal point of contact.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be nice if small adjustments to the Pre-Stay Letter could be made by ourselves. Otherwise, I don't have any change requests at the moment.
