What do you like most?
As an HR professional in the Hotel, working with the eTip team has been a delight. They are professional, easy to work with and helpful. The implementation of eTip at our hotel has improved morale of the team and showed them we care about them and their needs. The tool is easy to use and helpful.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The onboarding and training were easy to follow. The only thing I may see useful is a video for our team members to show them the guest perspective so they know what their experience is like.
