What do you like most?
Since introducing Journey, we’ve seen a clear increase in revenue thanks to the improved visibility and presentation of our packages. Guests find it much easier to browse and book, which has helped boost conversions. The upselling features work smoothly, allowing guests to personalize their stay without feeling overwhelmed, and this has increased our average booking value. The multi‑module booking system has also been very useful, bringing rooms, dining, spa and packages together in one simple process. The imagery and layout are high‑quality and fully aligned with our branding, creating a professional and consistent booking experience. The support team has been excellent — quick to respond, fast to get to the root of any issue, and always open to feedback. They listen well and implement improvements wherever possible.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One area that could further improve the platform would be integrating Premier Core and Gifted into the main site to create a more seamless and unified user experience.
