What do you like most?
1 - Customer support. 2 - Direct interaction for portal responses; this year we had difficulties with Expedia, for example.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Customer support and ease of interaction with the support team are lacking; however, this year it took us 3 months to resolve a problem with sending the payment slip, and we were left without access to the portal.
