What do you like most?
They answer my calls when I have questions and help us resolve issues in a timely manner. The software is also easy to use.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Only issue we had is when we run close to full occupancy we have experienced some double bookings due to lag between RM and OTAs, like Expedia and Booking.
