What do you like most?
Stable reliable system and good customer support provide easy-to-use, user-friendly experiences and consistent assistance across all services. It has a strategic feature that provides competitive compset analysis.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We need to enhance features by adding more strategic functionalities and improved visualizations for the website builder and Direct Booking. Additionally, we should expand membership functions for Direct Booking customers, allow more hotel logos and branding to be attached to the website, and move extra (add-on) products to the top position to make upselling more attractive.
