What do you like most?
Enhance the quality of in room facilities and underline the growing interest in digitalizing our processes. Allow our outlets to highlight their USP and to generate extra revenue for the hotel. It also had helped the hotel to show their eco responsibility while offering guests to opt in "...room not to be cleaned today".
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Reduce cost of operating the system or find new mechanism such as barter agreement with the hotel. Technically speaking, all electronical devices are switch off when guest room is unoccupied. So charging process is stopped and often tablet are out of power on check in.
