What do you like most?
It makes reporting and finding data so easy for our team. We also love the email feature to capture all client communications.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Maintaining smooth connectivity between Event Temple and Outlook. Sometimes the chain is broken due to small changes within the email, adding another address or changing the subject line. It would be great to know that every email from a client is capture within Event Temple.
