What do you like most?
In both as a guest messaging software, where we can centralize all communications of multiple channels, as well as a chatbot, HiJiffy has proven to be the right choice and especially the right partner.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The bot part can still be improved and is, we believe, a never ending ongoing process that needs to involve everyone, not only one side of the equation.
