What do you like most?
As a National Sales Manager, Event Temple has become an essential part of my everyday sales process. It is the primary platform we use for sales lead capture, lead management, reporting, and event planning, so having a system that is both functional and easy to use is extremely important. I have worked with several other sales systems in the past that were much more complex and multi-faceted. While those platforms offered a lot of functionality, they were more than what was necessary for our current property. Event Temple provides the tools we actually need without adding unnecessary complexity. The biggest benefit for me is the efficiency it provides. It allows me to keep my sales leads organized, monitor hotel inventory, manage event space, capture important client and program information, and effectively manage the booking and planning process all within one platform. Having that information centralized makes it much easier to stay organized and maintain visibility throughout the sales cycle. Overall, Event Temple has made my day-to-day sales responsibilities more streamlined and manageable. It gives me the functionality I need to effectively manage my business while remaining intuitive and straightforward to use. For a hotel property that doesn't need an overly complicated sales platform, Event Temple is a great solution.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think some of the reporting could be improved as I am used to more complex reports and the options can sometimes be confusing. But overall, the reporting is still solid.
