What we value most is the proximity and the attention of the team. We always find a good willingness to listen to our needs, resolve doubts, and find solutions when an incident arises. Additionally, the tools are easy to use and help us manage and optimize direct sales in an agile way.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
To mention a point of improvement, we especially value the continuity with the person assigned to the hotel. We understand that changes within teams are natural, although for us maintaining that continuity greatly facilitates follow-up and daily work.
