What do you like most?
The 2 way connection to Mews PMS and customization of Templates and the newly created Booking Engine. Workflows are also pretty nice to have!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think would be nice to be able to custom choose what fields are mandatory when we create bookings. As well I think adding possibilities that all emails get sent from 1 generic inbox would help cater communications better for hotels that work with centralized teams and inboxes.
