A personal, competent, and accessible contact person. Ongoing innovations and communication of these through newsletters or personal phone calls. Intuitively user-friendly for new employees.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like training videos that I can integrate into our internal communication tool, sorted by level and topic. That would be very helpful for our onboarding process.
