What do you like most?
Snapfix is simple, intuitive and easy to use. The traffic light system makes it easy to track maintenance tasks and monitor progress. I particularly like how quickly issues can be reported, assigned and resolved, which improves communication and helps keep everything organised.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think the reporting and analytics features could be improved. More customisable reports, better filtering options and clearer performance statistics would make it easier to analyse maintenance trends, identify recurring issues and plan preventive maintenance more effectively.
