Journey’s digital marketing team are like having an out of house team specifically working on digital ads which is a time consuming task. The digital marketing team are always available and provide prompt responses and frees up my time to focus on other aspects of our marketing activity.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing really needs to be improved, from the team members to the reporting and features available on the platform, they give us the tools and competitive advantage we need to be a leading hotel in Northern Ireland.
