What do you like most?
Ease of customization to meet each hotel's individual needs combined with the ability to roll one document/standard out to all. Chatbot and live support when needed is top tier.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Reporting. Ability to pull sales production and trued up actualized revenue for a bonus tool would be helpful. Automation of weekly reports as a roll up for the corporate team would also be a great accountability tool.
