What do you like most?
This product is going to be a must have for hotels. This is another way to communicate with guests and the ability to reach out to website visitors is fantastic. The features it currently has is enough of a reason to partner with them however they have a much greater vision for their company and are implementing new features every month.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
No negative experiences to mention. The company is receptive to the feedback we provide about their product and implement features we suggest along with the plans they have for their product in a timely fashion.
