What do you like most?
What makes Reguest a game changer is the fact that it consolidates all the different communication channels. The back-and-forth between Outlook, hotel software, and WhatsApp is eliminated, resulting in a complete and clear communication flow. The media management system is a huge help. Photos can be easily uploaded and used for both the communication manager and the newsletter tool. This saves me a lot of time. Creating newsletters with sales campaigns is a breeze. The ongoing help guides for optimal use of Reguest are very useful. Another highlight is the analytics tool, which doesn't overwhelm you with numbers but presents the data graphically in an easily understandable way, thus providing excellent support.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
For me, it would also be important to be able to contact guests, such as external spa guests, independently of a booking request.
