What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The ability to save messages that can be used when sending the offer. Such a message could look like this, for example: “Dear [Name], thank you for your inquiry and your interest in our Leonardo xxx. Enclosed please find the offer for the period you requested, starting [Date]. We will hold the option until [Date]. We look forward to hearing from you soon and are available for any questions.” With this template, we could work more quickly and efficiently without having to rephrase everything each time. It saves time and ensures that no important information is forgotten. Furthermore, consistent communication conveys trust and professionalism, which is essential in the business world. What I would like Proposales to offer is a standalone tool for the client. An interface where they can enter the agenda, times, seating arrangement, and extras, along with a complete list of names and everything else needed for clear, seamless planning. Without us having to remind them or follow up on every step.
