What do you like most?
I especially like how easy it is for our guests to book, sign up, and enroll. We hardly ever receive user issues or complaints, which is very refreshing! I also love the Members’ Deals. It’s a low-effort initiative that we can easily take advantage of, while The Guestbook puts our property in front of its entire audience. And our cross-network revenue is something we celebrate every time.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
If I had to choose one thing, it would be the appearance and customization of the widget. I’ve always wished we had a little more flexibility to customize its look and make it feel even more seamlessly integrated with our website and brand.
