What do you like most?
I particularly appreciate the detailed reports provided by TrustYou and the excellent support from Oana Malan, who is part of the support team and is always very responsive, helpful, and ready to assist whenever needed.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One area for improvement would be the PDF export functionality. Some reports contain Excel-style tables with multiple worksheets, but the downloaded PDF sometimes appears as a screenshot or preview rather than a complete, properly formatted table. It would be helpful to have an option to export the full report to PDF, ensuring that all tables and data are clearly displayed and easy to read.
