What do you like most?
I especially like that new employees quickly familiarize themselves with the system and learn the most important work steps in a short time. This significantly facilitates onboarding and enables independent and efficient work.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
What I like less is that the maintenance and adjustment of data is sometimes complicated and confusing. Sometimes the information does not match or certain seasons are difficult or impossible to find. Additionally, I have the impression that especially guests from Italy and other countries outside the DACH region sometimes have difficulty understanding the offers correctly. In my opinion, the presentation of the offers should be made even simpler, clearer, and more understandable. Because the clearer and more straightforward an offer is structured, the faster guests can decide and complete a booking.
