What do you like most?
The system is user friendly and easy to learn. I am able to find everything I need by searching the account name or contact name. I really enjoy using the calendar portion of the system and seeing all of the groups for the month. The auto populated contracts save a lot of time and being able to countersign digitally makes the entire process quick and convenient.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Taxes need to allow for a dollar amount vs percentage amount only. Due to our hotel having a local fee that is dollar based vs % based, we are unable to generate the additional fee into the invoice generating portion of event temple.
