What do you like most?
My experience with ThinkReservations and their PMS, HMS and Website Design has met and surpassed every need I could have had as a private Boutique Style Bed and Breakfast owner helping me achieve the TripAdvisor ranking of #1 Bed and Breakfast in the City of Philadelphia. The support is knowledgeable and helpful regardless of the department who I reached out to. I've worked with many systems throughout my 30 year career and six different ones before discovering Think. They are the entire package!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Honestly my experience with Think has never left me feeling unsatisfied with their products or services. They know what they are doing at Think.
