HotelTime provides a comprehensive property management system that supports our daily hotel operations, including reservations, room allocation, check-in and reporting. The integration with the Vento POS system assists with restaurant ordering, billing and financial controls. Having these functions connected helps management maintain operational oversight and improve efficiency across departments.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
HotelTime could benefit from more user-friendly reporting, simplified workflows and greater flexibility in generating customised management reports. Improved real-time integration between the PMS and POS, together with easier access to financial and operational information, would further assist management in making faster, more informed decisions.
