What do you like most?
Ask Suite is a great partner, a flexible company that adapts to its clients' needs. Their team is extremely available and assists us with everything we require. We have weekly meetings, which allows for constant and appropriate evolution in line with our assistance and improvement needs. Special mention goes to Louise, who assists us and is always ready to closely monitor our requests and emergencies.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We need to improve the ability to change the companies to which conversations are related. Since we work with a call center, many calls go to the call center company and are then not distributed to their respective companies. In the performance report, we need "granularity" a day-to-day view of hotel demand, opportunities, sales, and conversion. AI analysis of calls would be an exceptional gain, allowing us to identify gaps in a personalized way (by salesperson), enabling improvements in conversion, understanding the reasons for non-conversion, among numerous other benefits. We had considerable difficulty with telephony this year. Lots of instability and recurring problems.
