What do you like most?
I like the clarity, the connectivity, the constant innovations within the system (for example, the new Loyalty system looks very interesting). Working with documents is also not complicated in any way. The automatic sending to the Foreign Police is also great.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Perhaps the support could be better - sometimes I have to wait a really long time before my request is resolved. Better connection with the Channel manager (we have Bookwize), occasionally there are complications in synchronization.
