What do you like most?
Simple to use for all team members with light, low impact training and onboarding. A strong focus on visuals and colour coding to minimise impact on teams. Reporting function is strong and customisable to be able to work well with different properties.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Automation of workflows and tasks to be scheduled for regular and ad hoc tasks. Internal (hotel level) customisation of tasks would be ideal.
