What do you like most?
I love that the Optii housekeeping can show me where each staff member is. Works well with front desk system. It is in real time, so as soon as a room checks out or the status changes it automatically goes to the staff member who has the room. It shows how long a staff member took to clean the room. Can put notes under the room if there are requirements from the guest such as extra pillows, blankets, crib etc. You can move a room from one staff member to another and it shows up on their board.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Not sure what needs to be improved. We like the product so far. Any time we have an issue Optii solutions fix it right away.
