What do you like most?
Alice has help me learn tremendously in the industry because its seamless and easy to use it is an added asset to the experience of the guest. Which makes what we do more personal and effective.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I honestly do have an answer for that right now. I know there is always room to improve. I would say make it more seamless for guest use. The easier you make it for them seamless for the experience. I also think you can sell experiences through the system as well. Invite brands into the system to help us sell experiences before they even get to the hotel. So, selling ad space for experience. For staff as well. The more you keep us excited in the system the more we will use it. More ways to communicate with airlines through the system like talking to live agents in the case of delays and airport information.
