What do you like most?
We've been using Smart Host for a few months now and are absolutely thrilled with the product! But even more importantly, the customer service is their top priority! The team is helpful, incredibly friendly, and fast.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We currently have no criticisms. All change requests were immediately accepted and implemented by our team. One suggestion would be to integrate Smart Host with Hotelkit.
