What do you like most?
What I like best about SmartHost is its ease of use for employees and the attractive presentation for our guests. The system is simple to operate, and our team quickly found their way around, both in the "Campaigns" section and the offer tool. I find the presentation of emails and offers very clear and appealing. Our previous mailings from the PMS looked much less professional, and the clarity left much to be desired. With SmartHost, we were able to create a clean look and format our emails much better. In addition, we always felt well supported and advised (both during the setup process and now). We always received prompt answers to all our questions, and solutions were addressed immediately.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There are still a few areas that could be improved to make handling and daily work even easier. Firstly, it would be great if users could create duplicates themselves, both in the campaign area and in the quote tool. Furthermore, the ability to customize the pre-stay email survey independently would be beneficial. This would allow for faster implementation of changes. However, the support team is always very responsive. We would have liked a bit more flexibility in the quote tool in some areas, such as the option to omit headings or the way vacation packages are displayed. This would make it even clearer. Of course, every hotel has its own preferences. It's worth noting, however, that for every technical problem and special request, a good alternative solution was sought and offered. These were also always added to a "wish list."
