What do you like most?
Love using it for making guest itineraries, follow up on requests, use it for creating reminders as well for different tasks.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Support, being told where to look up answers is not really support. Wait times are long, and then there is not immersive assistance to ensure you find the answer you need. Would be good when creating a new activity ticket and you are adding the name of the activity to be able to add phone number and other contact details right in it. Case in point, hotel restaurant if found by google will always show the hotel main number however for internal users would be more efficient to be able to leave or enter a phone number or internal extension. Currently you are only able to leave the name of the restaurant and or activity. Noticed system now has a digital itinerary it can send however there was no communication or tutorial on this new feature, it just appeared one day.
