What do you like most?
Mews' versatility is its strength; creating blocks, groups, and reservations is incredibly easy. Automation and AI integration not only help prevent errors but also streamline daily operations. Tasks and the Mews mobile app are invaluable for rapid information sharing. The space calendar is well-designed, and its visibility and flexibility are key strengths. Room changes and space reorganization are now significantly simpler.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Regarding availability blocks and groups, the report lacks information such as the number of people, number of nights, number of bookings, etc. Some reports cannot be printed, such as the product checklist, which is very useful. Furthermore, I believe there is a lack of reports for groups/blocks that would allow for market segmentation, nightly sales, revenue, etc. The introduction of Mews BI helps with this aspect, but there is still much to add. There is no easy way to see the number of children and teenagers, which is important information for a hotel like ours that caters to children.
