What do you like most?
Very helpful on increasing direct sales in many ways: 1)By comparing the rates with the OTAs. 2)Easy to create layers with messages or promotions on the website or the booking engine. 3)Helps in identifying rate parity cases.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I really can not think of something. Maybe just when logging in, not to need so many steps until you start using it...
