What do you like most?
Hat I appreciate most about SiteMinder's Channel Manager is its seamless integration and real-time inventory updates across multiple OTAs. It drastically reduces the risk of overbookings and saves time by automating rate and availability syncs. The intuitive dashboard also makes it easy to manage multiple channels from one place, which is a huge efficiency boost for busy hotel operations. As for the Booking Engine, I love how customizable and mobile-friendly it is. It allows hotels to capture direct bookings with ease, offers upsell opportunities, and integrates well with payment gateways. The analytics tools also help track conversion rates and optimize performance. Overall, SiteMinder empowers properties to increase revenue while simplifying daily operations.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be much easier for our team if SiteMinder’s Channel Manager offered support in Bahasa Malay. Many of our staff are more comfortable using Malay, and having the interface, help guides, or training materials in their native language would help them better understand the system’s functions and use it more confidently. This could lead to fewer errors, faster onboarding, and improved overall efficiency.
