What do you like most?
What we like most is how myHotel has transformed our survey and reputation management. Previously, we sent surveys almost manually, sharing guest data via Excel, which was time-consuming and limited analysis. With myHotel, we were able to automate the entire process, reduce the time it takes to analyze results, and increase the number of ratings and reviews on Tripadvisor, Google, and Booking. Furthermore, its integration with Cloudbeds was simple, and sending them via WhatsApp significantly increased guest engagement. We also highlight the incorporation of Artificial Intelligence into the responses: Smart Replies are fast, natural, and maintain the professional tone of the hotel industry. Overall, the platform has marked a turning point in our reputation management.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
For now, we're just waiting to fully implement the Desk module for managing incidents based on guest feedback. We're very excited, because if it maintains the same level as the rest of myHotel's solutions, it will undoubtedly be very useful.
