What do you like most?
Agilysys offers a suite of solutions that offer connectivity between different solutions and provide a seamless experience for customers and end users. The ease of use and highly configurable platforms, provide a great tool able to adapt to virtually any scenario that Hospitality may present.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The success of the Agilysys we see now in 2025, is the result of years of planning and listening to customer’s feedback that resulted in great and continuously improved customers. Our experience have lead us to believe that Agilysys could spend more time/better resources when it comes to Project Management as they are the Liason between Agilysys and our properties. If we are not understood, migrations, conversions or even new projects are set up to have bigger challenges when going live that they would if the planning phase would take a little more time and interest on each specific property.
